Energy Risk Resource Library Webinar

March 16, 2016, 3:00 PM ET
Webinar/Virtual Meeting

Please join the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) for a tour of the recently opened Energy Risk Resource Library.  This effort was sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) working with NASEO. The effort was also guided by the members of the Energy Systems Risk Analysis State Working Group who made valuable contributions in helping to shape the library's collections.  Lastly, this project would not have been possible without the guidance and support of Alice Lippert of OE who has now retired from federal service.

The webinar will begin with introductory remarks by David Ortiz of OE and will be followed by a tour of the library and its collections. In addition, a discussion on next steps for the State Energy Systems Risk Analysis effort and additional tools which will improve the utility of the Library with the end goal of improving states' overall capabilities to assess energy sector risk when responding to energy disruptions. Following the tour NASEO will take questions, comments and suggestions from attendees.
