The National Association of State Energy Officials’ (NASEO) held a webinar on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, on Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) and its Impacts on the Electric Power System. The webinar was co-hosted by NASEO's Fuels and Grid Integration and Energy Security Committees and featured presentations by Mr. John Ostrich from the U.S.  Department of Energy and Mr. Rob Manning from the Electric Power Research Institute.
