As a follow-up to previous committee discussions covering local implementation of commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs, this call will feature remarks from the director of the Texas State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) on Texas’s statewide “PACE in a Box” initiative. Additionally, committee members will hear from a representative of a major national bank on investment risk in microgrid financing. Finally, NASEO staff will provide an update on NASEO’s financing activities and ways that state energy office and Affiliate members can become involved.
