The National Energy Efficiency Registry (NEER) project team-led by State Energy Offices from Tennessee, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, and Pennsylvania-is pleased to release the draft NEER Principles and Operating Rules for public comment and feedback. This document describes the functionality that the NEER will provide to a wide range of stakeholders seeking to document energy efficiency and conservation initiatives in a consistent, transparent and credible way.
