CMNI Energy Division Participates in 2018 Tinian Energy Awareness Campaign

The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands' Department of Public Works, through the Energy Division, recently held the 2018 Tinian Energy Awareness Campaign on April 21, which provided residents with tips on how to conserve energy at homes and save money using efficient products that carry the ENERGY STAR label.

Through the Energy, Education, Efficiency and Conservation Program, DPW will be distributing six LED light bulbs at the Tinian Youth Center. Items will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies lasts.

This event will provide the residential community tips on how to conserve energy at homes and how to save money using efficient products that carry the Energy Star label and educate the community on the importance of energy conservation.
