NASEO Transportation Committee Call

This call will explore the role that multi-state memoranda of understanding (MOUs) play in the deployment of alternative fuel vehicles.  Tom Hunt, Senior Policy Advisor of the Colorado Energy Office and Jay Albert, Deputy Secretary of Energy for the State of Oklahoma will share the ways in which the natural gas vehicles MOU, first signed in 2011, has been implemented and is impacting the demand for, and price of, natural gas vehicles.  Matt Solomon of the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM) will provide an overview of the recent MOU signed by the governors of eight states to catalyze the deployment of electric vehicles and the expected outcomes. This call is open to all NASEO state and Affiliate members.
