An FY'19 "Dear Colleague" Letter (attached) attracted 107 U.S. House of Representatives signatures in support of funding for SEP and WAP. The "Dear Colleague" letter was circulated on a bi-partisan basis in the House of Representatives by Rep. McKinley (R-WV) and Rep. Tonko (D-NY). The letter calls for $70 million for the State Energy Program (SEP) and $230 million for the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) for FY'19 federal appropriations.
In addition, the Senate "Dear Colleague" Letter (attached) attracted 41 U.S. Senators signatures in support of funding for SEP and WAP. This letter calls for $70 million for SEP and $248 million for WAP.
