At NASEO's Board meeting, NASEO and the National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA) honored Chuck Gray, the recently retired Executive Director of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC); and welcomed its new Executive Director, Greg White.
NASEO and NACAA also welcomed Greg White, NARUC’s incoming Executive Director, who served for more than five years as a Commissioner with the Michigan Public Service Commission. The three organizations—NASEO, NACAA, and NARUC--together comprise the “3N” Group, which has facilitated partnerships among State Energy Offices, state clean air and environmental agencies, and utility commissions to develop and set forth principles on how energy efficiency programs support state compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan.
