NASEO Financing Committee Call

July 22, 2014, 3:00 - 4:00 PM ET

Since 2011, the PowerSaver Home Energy Retrofit Loan program, backed by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and managed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), has offered low-cost loans for residential energy efficiency improvements. This call will provide an overview of PowerSaver loans, recent updates to the program, and an example of how the program is being implemented in the state of Maine. Matthew Brown, Principal of Harcourt, Brown & Carey, a NASEO Affiliate member, and Dana Fischer, Residential Program Manager of Efficiency Maine, will lead the discussion. The speakers’ presentations will be available on NASEO’s Financing Committee page (through the “Financing Events” sidebar) in advance of the call.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: NASEO Committee calls are open to NASEO’s State and Territory Energy Office members and private sector Affiliate members exclusively. To learn more about the Financing committee or about becoming a member, please contact Sandy Fazeli at sfazeli@naseo.org.
