On February 7, 2023, the National Association of State Energy Officials’ (NASEO) Board of Directors elected John Williams, Executive Vice President of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) as Chair of the NASEO Board, and Molly Cripps, Director of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Office of Energy Programs as Vice Chair.
“We are excited to welcome John and Molly in their new roles as NASEO Board Chair and Vice Chair. New York and Tennessee are national leaders in clean energy policy, and their vision and leadership will be an asset to NASEO and State and Territory Energy Offices nationwide,” said David Terry, NASEO President.
