The U.S. House of Representatives FY’24 Dear Colleague letter, led by Congressman Tonko (NY) attracted 112 Congressional signers. The U.S. Senate FY’24 Dear Colleague letter, led by Senator Jack Reed (RI) attracted 45 Senate signers. The excellent outcomes and show of support are thanks to the efforts of many of the State Energy Offices and NASEO’s partners. The U.S. Senate letter calls on U.S. Senate appropriations leaders to provide $75 million for the U.S. State Energy Program (SEP) and $437 million for the Weatherization Assistance Program in FY’24.
